Your Season of Growth

More and more these days my coaching clients are seeking freedom from old systems, both internal and external. Out with the old, in with the new. That starts with an internal shift of perspective and understanding of who they are and who they are becoming.

Growth takes courage and a lot of bravery. The journey to expansion and leveling up is not for the faint of heart; people will start to take notice of you when you’re in your light on the other side of the journey. What they don’t see is the darkness of the wilderness when you’re in deep self-discovery and reinvention. You will be tested when you resurface from under the canopy. This is when people will treat you like the old version they used to know and be shocked when you don’t behave the same. These can also be defined as the “season” you are currently in; the mode in which you are in towards your growth.

Do you know what season you’re in?

Let’s start by checking in with your energy and some indicators to help you identify where you’re at.

Spring:

Blossoming, new beginnings, new projects, feeling energized, cleaning and clearing out to make room for expansion, re-emerging from your season of winter, the fruits of your labor are starting to take root and be seen.

Summer:

Feminine energy, In total flow, things are hot, you're En Fuego, there is more ease to your days, resting, relaxing, indulging

Fall:

More masculine energy generally speaking, coming out of a refreshing ease of flow and now you’re executing on all the connections you’ve recently made. It’s launch season and you’re in activation mode.

Winter:

You may be re-assessing contracts and/or relationships, there’s a lot of behind the scenes work and not a lot to show for it up front. You’re more isolated, head down, inner work, a lot of unseen progress that will show itself come spring.

Understand what season you are, towards the growth of what you want and what you are accomplishing. Don’t compare your winter to someone else’s summer! Know where you’re at and lean in FULLY to that season because before you know it, you’ll be in the next season!

Keep on your path. This is the ultimate self-love. I dare anyone to try and rock that boat, no matter what season you are in!
