A sound bath or sound healing can be interchangeable. A sound bath is a sensation of feeling completely covered by sound frequencies intended for the purposes of deep cellular and energetic healing. Sounds are produced by crystal quartz singing bowls that provide pure frequency that correlate directly with the chakras in the bo

You may experience different body sensations such as tingling throughout your body, you may feel very heavy and stuck to the ground, you may feel like you are hovering over your body, you may see vivid colors, images, downloads or messages might come through, or you may feel like you are drifting off to sleep or in a theta wave state.
To be in the theta wave state is when your brain begins to slow down.
Theta is a slow brain state perfect for daydreaming and intuitive thinking. During theta, brainwaves range from 5 to 8 cycles per second. It is the state between wakefulness and sleep. In this state of mind, memories, thoughts, and facts that eluded a person in a wakeful state can be recalled. It is often in this state that answers to problems seem to appear. Deep meditation and prayer are practiced in the theta state.
Earbuds or headphones are optional but not required. Your computer speaker is sufficient for the experience.
Once you have access, you are free to navigate the vault and listen to any of the pre-recorded sessions at your leisure. It’s highly recommended to prepare your space with the Ritual Kit (Available in my shop) set an intention for what you would like to get out of the session, and get comfortable as you allow your body to receive the healing medicine of sound. You can add a sound bath to a ritual or ceremony you already do (ie: new moon ceremony, morning meditation, cord-cutting ceremony, etc.). You can also listen to sessions as you are journaling to help with processing and integration. The beauty of the vault is that you have access to sound healing at your fingertips to use whenever you want or whenever you are being called to listen.
